Menopause Mastectomy and side effects?

Should I be concerned? I have been in menopause since October 2015. I had my mastectomy a week ago, left breast only, and today I have started my period again. Is this something I should be worried about? I know that starting up again is not a good sign in normal life, and I should let a doctor know. I guess I am looking to see if this is somewhat normal for all the stress my body is going through. Or yet another subject to bring up with the doctors.

Call your Dr(s)! There could be something going on yhat might be BC related or it might be totally unrelated. Only your Drs tell you what might be going on and what (if any) TX is called for NOW! Sooner rather than later.

So I panicked and call the doctor's office. They informed me that this was totally normal. One less worry off my mind.
