Breast indentation and lump, nothing on ultrasound

I'm 27 and breastfeeding. I have a history of breast cancer in my family. A few months ago I noticed a vein in my left breast that bulged from the top to the bottom of my breast. My nipples also started to point a bit left. I saw an article on breast cancer warning signs and decided to get checked out just in case. I went to get a breast exam and the doctor found a lump. She referred me for an ultrasound. Before I went to get tested I noticed deep indentation in that same breast. I got my ultrasound and it came back with nothing. I want a second opinion because it seems like a lot of breast changes to have no explanation for. Thoughts

My lump didn't show up either. Radiologist told me to come back in a year. Thankfully I decided to get a second opinion because it was a very aggressive form of cancer. I had an intention in my nipple where the lump lived. Please do get a second opinion. Hopefully it is benign. You are your own advocate.
