Cream for Sentinel lymph node mapping

Has anyone used Zensa cream instead od EMLA cream for their Sentinel lymph node mapping? I was told to use EMLA cream but a pharmacist recommended Zensa because is half the cost and essentially the same, actually 5% lidocaine instead of lidocaine 2.5% and prilocaine2.5% as in EMLA. I want to be sure it has the same or better numbing effect. Thank you
