Pain at night from Tamoxifen? Suggestions for treating?

Hi, I've been taking Tam for 2 years. At night I get achy (bone, muscle) all over and it really interferes with sleep. I've tried Advil, Tylenol, Alleve, but only taking sleeping pills helps at this time. I take Curcumni and low dose aspirin daily. Does anyone have any suggestions? In the past I've taken low dose anti-depression medication to help lower my alertness level and make it easier to fall asleep. I wonder if this is a similar situation--I don't feel the pain during the day. Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!

You might want to get your Vitamin D level checked. It can cause a lot of issues including bone/joint pain and muscle pain if low

Are you taking tamoxifen at the same time as other meds? I was taking femara and my statin at the same time and had significant pain at night. Once I changed femara to morning and the statin to night, the pain significantly reduced.
