Pain, tingling from SNB or is the Lymphedema?

Hi everyone,

I had a sentinel node biopsy on my right side (under arm) on Dec. 29 (a little over 2 weeks ago) and am still having minor pain/more tingling in my upper arm (not where my incision is). I don't think there is any swelling, but I haven't measured. My underarm area is still numb, but my upper arm isn't, but it feels like it's waking up from being asleep if I run my fingers over it. And there's a dull ache that comes and goes. When I'm riding in a car, I feel pain/tingling when I hit potholes in the road. I lightly wrapped an ace bandage around my upper arm during my last car ride, and it really helped with that.

Is this the beginning stages of lymphedema, or is this normal recovery from a SNB that wasn't done during a MX? I had a MX on my left, with a SNB done during that, so there's no incision under my arm. I haven't felt any negative effects (tingling/aching) on that side at all.

I appreciate your insight!
