Rose, I'm so sorry that the relentless vomiting is back.

Please don't beat yourself up by coulda/woulda/shoulda. There have been so many times that you thought you would take your DWD meds, but you had goals and milestones to accomplish first.

You got through the summer for DD3, you got to vote, you got through DD2 finals, and the Murphy bed, and you had a wonderful holiday time with the whole family.

I'm especially happy you got through the holidays this year, and it seemed so much better than last year. What wonderful memories to leave your family!

Have you had a chance to speak with your MO? Maybe he has something that would give you a window for your DWD meds to stay down?

Wishing you peace and relief. Sending you light and lovingkindness. Madelyn

    Dear Rose -

You've taught all of us so much about grace - and love - under the harshest of circumstances. May you go in peace, knowing that a part of you will live within each and every one of us forever. Godspeed to the most courageous woman I've ever known!

Holding you in lovingkindness for all of eternity; I'm honored to have known you. Wishing you love and light on your journey...

It's a beautiful day here, sunny, clear skies and puffy clouds, 68 degrees. It feels like Spring, full of possibilities. Sending all this positive energy to you, with much light and lovingkindness. Madelyn

    Rose,

May all the love you've extended out into the BCO world come back to you in tenfold! May all that love surround you and your family, wrapping you protectively, but gently, to push away all your pain and discomfort.

Peace to you, Sister Cat Lady 🕊

    Dear Rosevalley,

I'm thinking of you tonight, as I have the last several nights. You have been such a strong voice on this forum and I have so enjoyed "listening" to and learning from you. I was a lurker for a long time and it was because of women like you with such compassion that made me feel comfortable to post and share my story. I continue to pray for relief for you.

    Sending much love,
    Sheri

Rose, I am sorry to hear of your struggle with your "DWD meds." If you are unable to take meds orally, and there is no option of rectal administration, you might want to consider VSED (voluntary stopping of eating and drinking), which is a strategy worth exploring. Anyone interested in this option may learn more at: https://www.deathwithdignity.org/options-to-hasten...

Hoping for peace, release from suffering, and comfort...

Rose, I confess I am another lurker here. This is always the first threa I check when I come to this site. I have been so amazed by the courage, strength and humor you have shown through all that you are going through. I, as others have said, have learned so much from you. Your memory, and your lessons, will stay with me. Please know you have helped more people than you will ever know. Your purpose here has been great. Wishing for you greatpeace and comfort.

so just FYI...if you can get to a hospital, maybe they can give you morphine and then push Ativan. Not that I think you want to die in a hospital, but if desperate for release, it may be an option.

    Love to you sweet rose!!

She hasn't checked in since the 9th. I pray that she was able to take her meds as she wished and that her DH is collecting the girls and having that precious family time before all the hard work begins.

Her absence is already felt here on the boards. I am so grateful for what she has given us and I hope the boards were a positive experience for her as well.

Whatever her current physical status, I already miss her.
