Tamoxifen SE ringing in ears

I've been on tamoxifen for 12 days. Last night about an hour after I took it I noticed loud ringing in my ears and a mild headache. Had trouble falling asleep. Took it again tonight and one hour later......ringing in my ears again. I'm not finding this as a typical side effect but it has to be from Tamoxifen.....anyone else experience this? Also noted a hearing loss in one ear about a month ago I'm sure due to chemo. Can't live with this

    I developed ringing in my right ear about 6 months into anastrozole. It is a side effect.

    Me too. Since the beginning. But it's better now (week 9).

    Hi I've been on Tamoxifen for over 2 years now.

    I had 5 and half months if chemo prior and then 6 weeks radation.

    I'm finding the side effects really difficult at times. My whole body is aching especially my feet hands and hips.

    Hit flashes headaches and not sleeping is not good ether but really having trouble dealing with the joint pain.

    Who else is having these side effects and have you found anything to help?

    I'm seeing my oncologist on Tuesday I'm really contemplating wither to go off the drug. .
