Fibroadenomas "fusing together"?

I'm 27 years old and went to get an irregular shaped lump checked out. The doctor said it looks like two fibroadenomas fused together, and is probably not an irregularity. He suggested a biopsy just to be sure. I'm incredibly stressed out and scared, and I don't see much information online about benign lumps "fusing together" as he said. Has anyone heard of this? Otherwise, they feel like how I've heard fibroadenomas described (rubbery, oval shaped except where they're connected), painless). One week for a biopsy and another week to get results seems like eternity....I can't even stop crying.

Sticking to one thread with your problems would make it so much easier for everyone to understand what you are going through.

sorry, I don't really know the protocol for this website....I didn't know if the same members read all the forums or not. I'm just trying to deal with this stuff in a foreign country with doctors who don't speak a lot of English and looking for answers anywhere I cuff bad them

Many of us regularly read through the active threads. Freya is right, we can see the history if you stick to one thread and update there. If you have the biopsy, do let us know the results.
