Knitted Knockers
Hi All,
I'm guessing this has been posted before on this site, but I wanted to tell you about this great place...knittedknockers.org.
You can order a knitted prosthesis to put into your bra. You pick a size and can remove stuffing if you want. If you want to fix it into place more, you can just somehow stitch or pin it in. They send all over the world, I believe. I just ordered one through Knitted Knockers of Canada.

I love knitted knockers. I ordered and they are great. I felt like a lady again. I use it in a Genie Bra since I am still waiting to heal and wear a real bra.,

Oh, that's great to hear, Goincrzy8...
If I like it, I may forego buying the prosthetic bra. I think I do want to get a bathing suit.

Knitted Knocker was a lifesaver after surgery while the TE was being expanded. You can take stuffing out as they pump you up. In the beginning I had to wear a tank top and the genie bra over it with the knitted knocker in that because my skin was so sensitive.

I wore them today, pinned inside my bathing suit. Looked pretty cute

Getting ready for a BMX later this month. Just ordered mine and made a donation. Thanks for the reminder on this, I knew about them but had not gotten around to it.
-
Oh, and I thank you for the reminder too - I will send in a donation as well...

cool! I may make mine myself!

I loved my Knitted Knockers. I thought I was okay with being flat, but the second I put these on my self-confidence soared. I wore them almost constantly and within a month I made the decision to pursue reconstruction.
The thing I love about the Knitted Knockers was how soft they are. My skin is so thin and my BMX scars are severe and sensitive. I tried wearing bath poofies--once. After an hour my skin was so excoriated that I had to pull them out--during church! Knitted Knockers solved that problem!

I recently received my knitted knockers. It took a while to get them and in the meantime, I had my implants placed and never used them. I would be happy to pass them along if anyone would like to have them. They are super soft. Just pm me with your address and I will get them out in the mail.
