itchy nipples on breast lift side

Hi ladies , I am 8 weeks out from my phase 2 diep. My nipple on my breast lift side which was the non-cancerous breast is itching me terribly the itching and burning is increasing and I am getting worried I also am feeling a ridge like feeling. I have no implant in that breast Just had a breast lift to match the diep breast. Now I am worried. Have any if you experienced this. The nipple also appears to have rash. The breast is warm.
