Side effects 6 months post radiation

I finished radiation therapy in July. In September, I took one Zolodex Injection and did two weeks on Femara. Stopped the drug and injections because of the side effects. However, I still have a lot of muscle and joint pain. Is this normal? I had hotflashes for the 3 months the Zolodex was in my system (Sept, Oct, Nov). Hot flashes / Night sweats are gone, but I still feel my body temperature rise to the point of being hot, but it's not severe. My period has not returned. When will things get back to normal?? I can deal with the extra heat, but these body aches really hamper my every day living.
