How long before final implants feel "secure"?

I had my exchange to implants on 11/17, but my drains stayed in for 5 full weeks and were removed 12/21. As soon as they were removed I could feel space around the implant. The implants (Mentor gummy anatomical) feel like they are able to move vertically in the pocket. I want to get back to running, but feeling then move up and down along my ribs is no fun.

Did anyone else have this feeling? How long until you felt like the implants were securely in place?

    hi ! Merry Day after Christmas!!

    I had my exchange nov of 2012 and went on a cruise a month later. I remember the implants felt so much better than the expanders, and so different that it took me some time to get used to the way they felt. I wonder if this is what you are experiencing?

    I've been pretty happy with mine, the did 'settle' - after awhile. The pictures of me from the cruise the implantslook 'higher' :)

    Thanks! That could be part of it, but it feels much weirder after the drains were removed. Glad you are happy with yours
