Thank you, Mominator.
Oh Patty
-
OUCH Patty! So sorry to hear you had a fall! Hope you feel better soon
-
Poor Patty. Hopefully you are just dehydrated and blacked out. The second/third day is always the worst. Hope things start looking up.
Hootie hoo
-
Patty sweetie, hope it was just a scare. Hot water bottle? Hot bath a possibility?
-
What a bummer (no pun intended). Please God no damage. Best wishes and love to you Patty.
-
Thanks Mominator.... As if Peppermint didn't have enough trouble, then she falls herself down the stairs??? That kid needs training shoes.... Now she will have to sit on that kind of pillow with a hole in it! Poor kid! Wish she didn't have to wait until Wednesday to get help.... If she was my kid, or sister, I would take her butt into..... oh never mind.... Seems they don't help her in ER..... Give her my love.... Thanks again........xoxo
-
Patty.....oh no!
Time to get those boys of yours busy with duct tape and pillows! Adding xtra prayers
-
Shep, that photo cracked me up!
-
It's probably her inside there.
-
What? Did y'all say something? Speak up! I forgot to make ear holes!
-
-
Chevy, I tried to report your post but there was no option for AWESOMENESS
-
That fresh pet video is hilarious! What a hoot. Thanks for posting that Chevy. Patty hope you got a giggle out of that. Hope you are feeling better after your fall and bruising. May your tummy feel better and your pain be less. Hugs and love your way.
-
I have 3 other friends that are as clumsy as I am. Make that 4 including Patty!
-
Oh my you girls give me a good laugh! Being a pro at bouncing down stairs I know it's NO fun. Feel better soon Patty! Feeling crummy on Christmas is NOT allowed...
-
Morning sweet Mags! Wasn't that fun??? I laugh every time I see that!
Oh SURE you guys.... It ain't EVERYbody that can fall and tumble and do face plants like SOME of us can.......... So Peppermint, how many stairs was it you fell over & fell down? I mean even my DH passed out one time, and REALLY bloodied his face, but he didn't hurt anything actually.... All those tests & x-rays, but it's just one of those things... Are you up and running now??? Did you ever see the video on Carol Burnett, with what's his name "rolling" down those stairs???
-
Chevy, Oh, how I loved The Carol Burnett Show as a child!! That was Tim Conway rolling down the stairs. Patty, thinking of you and hoping you are healing.
-
Hello all. Here's the latest from Patty (11:05 ET/10:05 CT)
Gm. At mo office today. Pet scan showed mild progression but mo looked at actual films and showed me. - no measurable difference. So continuing xeloda treatment.
They will schefule a ct scan to look if I broke anything in my fall last week.
-
Could it be the xcelodia or whatever it is causing the problems? I know it's probably good for something, but could it be making you light-headeder? I know that's possibly a real word.......
Tulip, YES! We watched an hour's worth of Carol Burnett the other night on some public channel! Those clips were hysterical! A lot are on You Tube! Same with Johnny Carson & Don Rickles!
-
Tim Conway is a master at physical comedy. One of the best ever.
-
JWOW! Yes! Once you twist or roll your ankle for any reason, you usually go down like a tank. Try and not do it on your hip.... or your head, or anywhere else on you! You DO need to be wrapped in pillows to walk now-a-days!
-
We have a liquid amber in the front of our house. It's a city tree and has all those spiny prickle balls. I roll my feet on those dang things all the time; they are a hazzard. We hate how messy it is. There is a squirrel nest in it though.. love the baby squirrels.
Patty we hope you are doing better. Lots of love your way. ((hugs))
-
Thanks for news Mominator.
Love to you Patty.
-
Hello all. Here's the latest from Patty (10:55 ET/9:55 CT)
No ct scan yet. Waiting on appt. super duper sore
Patty seemed in good spirits otherwise. We texted about music stuff. She misses everyone, and may come by the ABC game, where we're currently working on Christmas Carols.
