question about my results

extreme anxiety, noticed possible breast changes on one breast so went to breast specialist. they were not too concerned but performed mammo and ultrasound. no masses or lumps. both ultrasound and mammo were clear and no problems. she said i could have a biopsy just to make sure. had ultrasound biopsy with results below. dr says all benign and return in 6 months. I am freaking out and want to go sooner..6 months seems so far away! btw no family history of cancer, and i am 37. does anyone know about fibroadenomatoid changes? I can't find anything hardly about this. I have read it is also called fibroadenomatoid hyperplasia and there may be a link to her2 negative cancer. ugh! anyone else have this dx? hoping it is all benign. thanks so much!

fragments of benign breast tissue with ill defined areas of dense nonspecific stromal fibrosis and a minute focus of fibroadenomatoid change and rare small microcalcifications also present within benign breast lobules. no evidence of malignancy.
