too hot! too cold!

I can't seem to regulate my body temperature after going through chemo. I am actually sitting here at work with a fan on my desk and space heater at my feet. In a few minutes I am going to be too hot from the space heater and will turn it off and turn on the fan. Ten minutes after that I am going to be too cold. There is no in between, always either freezing or sweating. Has anyone else here encountered this?

I am in the same boat. I get chilled, pile on the blankets and 5 minutes later I'm roasting hot and off come the blankets. I'm guessing it's due to chemopause and Tamoxifen.

All I do is freeze! It would be nice to get hot sometime - especially now that winter is here.

Definitely know what you mean. I'm so tired of night sweats too. Burning up then freezing, over and over.

Estrogen is sort of like your body's thermostat. So when you take a hormone suppressant, your body's thermostat gets broken.

Me too!! 🔥❄️ It's hard to decide how to dress . I wear layers so I can adjust . It is a little better than the first 2 or months PFC. I'm 7 months out from chemo and I take Tamoxifen (6months now). I am going to get switched to AI in a few weeks and am scared since I've come to know what to expect on Tamoxifen !
