Tamoxifen and increase blood pressure

I've been on 1 BP (Lisinopril/HCTZ) med for 17 years and it worked GREAT until perimenopause. I had to "tweak" it a bit but it still worked. Enter my BC dx and here we are. I've had surgery, chemo and radiation now I'm on Tamoxifen and low and behold it can raise your BP. I understand increased BP is a common side effect of several breast cancer treatments. I'm wondering if anyone has found a drug that won't raise BP. Or a BP med that Tamoxifen doesn't counter the effectiveness.
