any one with there with infraspinatus muscle metastasis

i am thankful to all of u wonderful ladies who guides and supports us in the hardest time of bc. i am here again and need some help and insight on this issue my mom's pet scan had shown a hypermetabolic focus in her infraspinatus muscle .( the report did'nt mention

mess or lesion just focus) which can not be exclude for malignancy.SUV of 4.3 .

Does this mean that cancer is back in her muscle ?does this mean the cancer has spared to her muscles?

Her onc ordered this pet scan as my mom was having pain in her shoulder arms and other joints. she also gave her a shot of zometa for bone pains. now she wants her to do an MRI so they can see what that focus is. My mom is every thing to me i am very afraid and confused don't know what to do. need ur help and guidiness .
