RIPPLING question
Hey ladies I'm about 1 month out from my exchange .... I've got memory shape high profile 440cc. I'm a small lady with thin skin .... love the implants but have a few ripples on either side on I guess you could say upper quadrant interior. Not horrible but just there every now and then. I smooth and rub them out lol. I know it's the implant and I noticed if I push up a tiny bit they go away. Rippling on the sides of I get in a weird position too. Not sure it worries me enough to do FG.
Just would like input from you wonderful ladies about your rippling

I have some on my left outer breast . It's not bad if I am standing but if I move it's very noticeable and I have a little place on inner right cleavage area that could use a little more fat grafting. My PS says a little fat grafting could fix both problems but totally up to me if I want to. I am pretty happy with the results otherwise just feel like maybe I should just go ahead and get the best result but part of me is tired of surgeries and I'm 51 and no one see it but me and my husband and doctors. I am not sure what to do either. I don't see my PS until Jan so I'm just hoping for an epiphany !!

Keepingoing I feel the same! I'm 50 and only my husband and myself sees so why do FG if it may absorb!? But I understand about best results also I guess the thought of the lipo which isnt always great afterwards itself coupled w the possibility of the fat absorbing then what's the point ? I go to my PS in Jan also
Are you in KY?? I'm in central part.. lexington

Yes , western KY.! Go Cats!! LOL! I ended up missing 9 months of work due to chemo and not wanting to catch something( work at a hospital and it was flu season) , and surgery recoveries. That make sure me not want to have more surgery either. I feel like I'm getting back into my normal life!

keepongoing glad to have a fellow Kentuckian on here!! Yes Go Cats lol
I was more fortunate as I did not have to do chemo or radiation I'm so sorry you did I would not wish that on anyone I guess they caught mine so very early I was off over a month after BMX and then did just half days at Wk for two weeks I only took one week off w exchange
I have mentor memory shapes 440cc almost a month out but I think I like them the rippling bothers me a little but not sure it warrants lipo and FG I plan on getting nipple reconstruction on my cancer side in the spring then tattoo color and aerola
How has your healing been and what implants do you have ? It feels like a dream sometimes almost surreal that this has happened

I have Mentor 650cc had exchange surgery July 22. I'm not doing nipple recon just 3D tattoos which my PS says I can get around Christmas( wanting the implants to settle first). Did you have fat grafting with exchange? I did I just have very thin skin on left side and I can feel the implant and it feels fragile like I could pop it!! I'm sure that is not probable but I do think a little more fat over it would be nice. The liposuction area was pretty sore the first time. I know what you mean about it feeling surreal! Some days I can't believe it's happened but I'm more grateful for each day and it's blessings that's for sure!!

I feel the same way! I did not have any FG w my exchange. I'm small and have thin skin. It was a miracle he got the 440's in as I was filled to 400. He said my skin could not go anymore.
Just don't kno if I want to fool w lipo and heal from that and then maybe FG absorb. I had tiny breasts before so these seem really huge lo

I was a 36DD before and am 5'8" so not tiny and 650cc are a D on me. I would have went a little smaller even but my ps said at my height I needed bigger ones . The size is about right I think for my frame. I've always had big boobs! I didn't have to take pain med just Tylenol and a muscle relaxer for the fat grafting and exchange so it wasn't that bad.
