Breast Lymphedema or fibrosis

I am over 3 years past rads, had stage 1 node neg. Idc grade 2.Have struggled with arimidex but thanks to the support of some of you especially Joanne I am sticking with it. My right b.c. breast has been tender since the rads finished but not too bad. 3 nights ago I suddenly got shooting pains every few seconds for 2 hours in the breast but not on the scar region but the inner side. I freaked admit to poking the always tender area. The next day it started hurting when the breast moved and is very tender to touch. The breast is shrunken and much smaller since rads and had a scare last year after chest ct when an inexperienced radiologist did not recognise scar tissue which resulted in my having more mammos. Mammo in Jan was clear as well as yet another ct of chest abdo and pelvis. Yet I still worry is this a recurrence. Was told I have scarring.

My question is does it sound like LE. I definitely have it mildly under arm and round back which flares when i over do it with that arm.

Does breast le feel like it is a small spot where it is especially tender, my breast are small with little tissue on inner side so feel nothing but ribs. Also bending stretching makes it hurt, ok if I am still. Had a seroma after surgery as well and the rads were whole breast in the usual rectangle shape so the inner edge was affected.

I know a lot of you ladies are really well educated on this so appreciate any advice.
