Port Placement with bilateral masectomy

Hello,

Can anyone tell me if port placement is difficult when you have had both breasts removed and tissue expander placed inside?

I am nervous about the procedure. I was referred to an outpatient vascular surgeon. Is a hospital a better place for it

Have to add -

It was my BS who implanted my port before starting neoadjuvant Chemo. (Only UMX)

It was done in the local hospital in OR as an out patient.

I had a port placed about 3 weeks after my bmx with tissue expanders in place. I had no issues with it. My breast surgeon did however do the procedure. It was done in in/out surgery under twilight anesthesia. Not a big deal, really
