Big Sur Marathon 21 Mile Walk

Hi all - I'm most of the way through treatment for breast cancer (on tamoxifen, and have to have my TE's swapped for saline implants, but that's it). I want to do something big as a "EFF YOU" cancer, so I decided to sign up for the 21 mile walk or the Big Sur Marathon (often called the one the most beautiful marathons to do). I would love to have others join me (they have 10, 9 and even 5 mile evens - you can pick you passion). The link is: http://www.bsim.org

If you do sign up and would like to have a get-together for a pre-race dinner I would be happy to arrange that in Carmel. If we get enough people signed up, maybe we should talk t-shirts and hats. This is not a fund raiser, although you can certainly make it one. It's just me walking 21 miles to show that cancer has NOT kicked my bum.
