TE has migrated

Hey guys! So I should mention that I had a pectoral deformity my entire life. The right side of my chest is concaved and that breast was much smaller than my left due to a genetic connective tissue problem. The cancer was in my left breast.

The PS explained that even though cancer sucks, for the first time in 45 years, I could have symmetrical breasts! She explained that the right would be filled more and she would need to use alloderm to create support and create an inframammary fold .

During the BMX she did not use alloderm. She said she sutured it securely and didn't need to. Well, the sutures did not hold. The right TE has migrated below the incision she created, practically into my abdomen.

When I went for my first fill, she said,"Oh, the suture didn't hold." I asked about the alloderm. She told me the would most likely need to use it during my exchange.

My concern is every time I get a fill, it is stretching the skin only on the lower half if my boob. The left TE is much higher . this also makes wearing clothes difficult because my boobs are in significantly different places.

My PS does not seem concerned, but I feel pissed that she didn't use the alloderm in the first place as we discussed. I'm not a surgeon, and she is highly respected . I'm just super frustrated . I have at least 3 more fills to go.

If the TE is misplaced, continuing to fill it is going to just expand the wrong areas and make it difficult to achieve a symmetrical result in the end.

Is there a possibility you can see a different PS to have the placement corrected?

I will see her Tuesday to evaluate. I had other complications from surgery. I developed a blood clot in my neck and arm veins. I am on blood thinners for at least three months. No one will do surgery on my right now. I will just have to wait and see. Thanks .
