Surgeon Says 50/50 for Malignancy - Please Help

Please help me. I had a fine needle aspiration biopsy done last week and received the results today. The pathology report says:

"Atypical Findings. Paucicellular aspirate composed of few papillary groups of ductal cells admixed with abundant blood. The cytomorphological findings are suggestive of papillary neoplasm. Tissue examination recommended for further evaluation, as clinically warranted. Clinical-pathological-mammographic correlation is essential."

I know I likely need a surgical biopsy in order to find out what it is, however I am concerned about the care I am currently being given and am planning to seek another surgeon for the surgical biopsy. The Breast Surgeon told me he thinks it's a 50/50 shot for cancer vs benign which doesn't make sense to me. I thought papiloma's were benign findings. The Breast Surgeon seemed irritated when prompted for questions and suggested a surgical biopsy for Monday (and said I didn't have to worry about medical clearance since I'm 30) The "thickening" has not shown up on any imaging (mammogram or ultrasound Bi-Rads 1). He also got upset when I asked for a friend to come in the room with me because I was nervous and concerned that I wouldn't remember what he was saying. He said he wasn't happy he had to "repeat himself". He then told me he wasn't angry, just frustrated. I am trying to understand what the pathology report means and if it really does point to cancer. Please help me. I plan to seek a second opinion Monday morning.
