Anyone on AI dx with chronic venous insufficiency?

Just dx with chronic venous insufficiency and wondering if this lovely new condition is yet another perk of cancer, the gift that keeps on giving. Could it be an se of Arimidex?

Fortunately the condition is in the early stages and compression socks seem to be helping.

I'm also wondering if this is something that can only be managed or is a cure possible (maybe with diet & exercise?)

I would appreciate any info anyone can share as I've never heard of this problem before.
