100 percent ER/PR positive

Devine: Short answer is "yes" you can be lower grade on biopsy tissue (I was grade 1) and came out of surgery with all grades 1-3. Also onc said my cells were something like 75% (maybe higher) hormone positive. Hope that helps.

Kattis984, I am also researching this. I was just Diagnosed October 6th, and am ER+ 95% PR+ 85%. I am still meeting with all the doctor's and have not actually started any treatment yet. I know I will have a mastectomy on my left breast. I meet with the oncology specialists next week to get my second opinion for treatment. I will be bring up the hormone issue options with her.

I guess all this thread was for nothing in my case, where as the decision was taking out of my hands. Two of the lymph nodes came back positive. Thanks for everyone's input. I guess this just proves there is no easy question, and no easy answer.

I have started threads with no replies at all...so no worries...the triple positive thread is pretty active so a good place for questions and support, many ladys with a lot of knowledge there. Sorry to hear you had 2 positive nodes but it does not mean the end, I found out it is actually a very good thing to be highly positive because treatment will be more effective. I hope you are feeling ok.
