How did I get here

I was diagnosed in 2009 stage 2 going 3 invasive breast cancer being in a comfortable job for 7 years after being diagnosed my job was threatened having a single mom for 10 years then with my job being threatened a single mom and jobless

I sometimes tell myself I need to start dating but I don't know how to do it I'm scared I don't know if anyone would accept me I did a lumpectomy but I kept myself Affiliated in groups so I don't go crazy I thank God I have survived breast cancer and that survived ovarian cancer what should I ask how did I get here but as a Christian I know that God has a better plan for me any advice I'm listening thank you

    Welcome to BCO! We know that the struggles don't end after diagnosis and treatment. Adjusting to this new life can take time, and figuring out how to move forward, and start doing things like dating, can be especially difficult. You're definitely not alone, and being scared is completely normal.
