My (perhaps controversial) thoughts as a "newbie" to CA.

Hi Trill, Miss P made me smile. No word from Lori. I even Pm'd her. I am worried.
-
Hi Molly-- Oh, wow....that worries me too.....Since she bought one of my block things I think I have her address....maybe I'll look it up and see if I can find her phone number...what do you think? Would that be too much?
-
Molly-- Looked up Lori's info but no phone number...think she must have a cell....wonder what's going on?
-
In doing some digging, "Pirate Stu" is associated with Chemo Wench Lori on Youtube and this was posted yesterday:

Melissa---Wow, what a good detective you are! That's so reassuring! She looks and sounds great.... am so relieved....maybe she's just operating at the pace that's comfortable for her these days....(Duh...yeah, Trill, that's obvious). Thanks so much oh very talented researcher! I think we'll all be relieved at this! t and p

Lori---
See you and Stuart on your video and you look and sound great! Hooray for Melissa for finding this!
Panty and I are thinking of you--
The cake looks good, too...

-
Melissa! Thank you so much for finding that. Lori, if and when you return congratulations on 30 years! You look wonderful and really rock the bald look. What a beautiful and sweet moment for you two to share.
-
Hi--If any of you get Netflix streaming and want a good laugh--and we all here need one or two of those-- catch the series called An Idiot Abroad.
This is Tall Ships week and the Blue Angels are into hour three of their air show....I was using my Symbicort inhaler and almost ran the thing up my nose when one went right overhead...
-
Hi everyone!
Melissa - thank-you.
Trill - Miss P looks so beautiful and fluffy. Will look out for An idiot abroad.
Lori - you and hubby look great. Congratulations on your anniversary. I laughed out loud when your husband flipped his piece of cake onto his plate.
Do take care!
-
Melissa, thanks for sharing the video of Lori and her hubby! It is good to see her.
Lori, happy anniversary!
Trill, I love the pictures of Miss P! And I love An Idiot Abroad! My son introduced me to it.
I hope everyone is doing well.
-
Hi DisneyGirl--- I had the feeling someone here has seen An Idiot Abroad....glad you liked it too...am so sorry it's over but I do think it will be one of those I go back to...
Lori-- Forgot to wish you happy anniversary! So here goes: Happy Anniversary from me and Miss P!

Hi all-- Just dropping by to say HI. Hope everybody is doing well and busy with good things... Am working on the book. Miss Panty is ready for me to get out some ping pong balls and start up a new game... Here she is taking it easy in her own fashion. She's trying to teach me relaxation methods she's come up with...
Love to all!
t and p
P.S. Lori, Hi to you and hope you're faring well and all my love to you.
-
P.S. Just want to say thanks to ChiSandy for recommending an inhaler for my cough/allergy issues...Doc prescribed Symbicort and after a week on it (am just finishing a month) I'm like another person....well, no, that sounds creepy...I mean I feel great...that cough was doing a job on me...but no cough! It's a bit miraculous. Wish I'd known about this ages ago. (No doc recommended it...that's disconcerting. It took ChiSandy to come to the rescue, then I called my doc and said "Could you prescribe an inhaler and let me do a trial on that?" He did and the trial's a success...) Thanks, ChiSandy! t
-
Trill, great news about the inhaler. Lori, if you are reading we hope you are doing well.
-
Hi all! Trill, glad you are feeling better.
I'm just sewing.
We had a final trial today on a case that has been pending for over a year. I am so ready to get final orders drawn up and be done with it. Nice, smart lady, but very needy & rather histrionic. Other side a controlling rigid SOB. More or less an arranged marriage. I am absolutely worn out with listening to it.
-
Hi Molly!
Melissa, hi to you too. Does this mean you're a lawyer or something? Sounds like you lead an interesting life whatever it is you do....
Sometimes I'm really glad I'm not married. Knowing me i would have chosen, like, the guy always looking for an angle....and of course it would have imploded. I hear this stuff about Brad Pitt and Angelina on the news--well, not the news, the sorta tabloid TV shows--and think, aye, aye, aye, what mess this is gonna be! This one relationship is gonna generate thousands of pages surrounding it from now to eternity.
And here is just another one of them.
Hmmm.
I made shortbread cookies today and they are scrumptious. Easy to make, too.
bye!

I'm a paralegal.
Yum, shortbread.
I swore off men years ago because I always pick bad choices;)

[This is weird. I sent you all a Halloween "card" here in the night and it's not posted. Was that image too large for this site? Hmmmm..... Or maybe I goofed somehow... Well, am gonna retry... OK, here goes:]
Hi all! I hope you all are well and ready to be haunted! (Just kidding) Pantaloon has her costume all decided upon but I don't know that I can pull it off as she wants to Trick or Treat as a jar of applesauce... I tell her it's risky because I might drown her in the process, plus it'll be bad for her fur. I asked her why she wants to be something that's gonna be hard to get right and tried to talk her into, um, going as a Pirate Cat.... But she just looked at me and said no, she doesn't want that.....
Here's an e-card I sent out a couple of years ago and thought you might enjoy......
All the best, ladies!
Love, T and P
P.S. Lori,
dear, we're thinking about you... t
-
Happy Halloween , Trill and Miss P!

Happy Halloween, Molly!

Hi everyone. I hope you are all well.
Life here is busy and great. Tomorrow night is supposed to be above freezing with no rain so should be a great night for my "kangaroo" and my "princess" to go out trick-or-treating. I'm looking forward to it.
I'm also looking forward to sneaking a few Coffee Crisp out of their bags after they fall asleep.
Tricks and treats to all.
-
Boo to you too, JBeans! Wish you a fun time trick-or-treating....you ARE going with them, aren't you? (You gotta see that their treats are safe, right?).
p.s. Are the bees asleep? t
-
Happy Halloween, All!
Hope everyone is doing well.
-
Hi Everyone!
Ooh, I love taking the kids out trick or treating. What fun tonight. Happy Halloween!
And yes Trill - I tested a few treats tonight after they were asleep to make sure they were "safe". They tasted safe to me. :-
-
Happy Halloween Jbeans , Trill , Disney girl and Lori if you are reading . Here's my grandson
-
Molly and JBeans--
All I can say is just one word:
AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW........
So cute!
JBeans, when you said you tested some of the Treat-or-Treat results, for some reason I immediately saw you taking a sample from a beehive and testing it! I don't know where my head is today...maybe it's because I spent all afternoon bathing Miss P...she is still COVERED with her costume: applesauce! I had to give in and let her go as a jar of Walmart unsweetened applesauce...*
And love the wings...and it looks like the Jack-o-Lantern is suspended on the foxtail...funny!
Molly--that's one pretty handsome grandson you have there...
*Guess you all know I'm kidding. (Don't you?)
love to all-- (Hi Lori!) t and p
-
Molly - what a cutie pie! He looks the same age as my youngest. 4? Did he trick or treat at your place?
Trill - joking, what!? I figure a jar of Walmart Applesauce is an amazing costume for one as pretty as Miss P. She really embraced her inner slob it would seem. Tell her it's okay and that I have gotten applesauce in my hair before too.
-
Aw! I love seeing the kiddos in their Halloween costumes! Thanks for sharing the pictures!
-
DisneyGirl-- I'm just glad about one single thing: That Pantaloon LOVES applesauce and licked off most of it herself..
