Strange conical 'witch's hat' appearance on ultrasound

Hi ladies, I've been reluctant to post this but am becoming more worried in the absence of diagnosis.

Last Thursday I had annual mammograms and ultrasound. Latter revealed a cone/witch's hat lesion, very small horizontally, 12 o'clock in same breast as previous cancer.

FNA performed; Birads 3. Doctor was reassuring but I have btdt :-(. Have not heard any results despite more than 48 work hours since biopsy.

Doc said could relate somehow to Cooper's ligament?

Any insights?

    Can you call to try to get results, or call medical records and see if they have them and you can go grab a copy? It is frustrating to have to wait so long.
