What do you do after bilateralmx?

I just had surgery last week. I am meeting with the plastic surgeon tomorrow. I rushed through the surgery process and I am trying to figure out what to do next.

I didn't want anything artificial inserted but may not have a choice. I have some extra abdominal tissue that I though could be used instead of inserts. I am not sure that can happen. My breast size was 34 F. I always wanted to be a size B or C. I am 5'3 and weigh around 125. There is a lot of extra skin in the chest area from surgery and in the abdominfrom childbirth. My PS put in expanders.

I am seeing my PS tomorrow. What questions should I (can I) ask? Am I limited by the type of reconstruction that has already be started?

Are my only choices now inserts? Are there any procedures that can use body fat? Any suggestions?

    My PS told me that the BMX and TE insertion are the same no matter what kind of reconstruction you ultimately have. That helped me while I was trying to decide. Another PS I consulted told me the same thing.
