TC vs CMF chemotherapy?

I had was diagnosed with a very small tumor (0.6 cm) with no lymph nodes, but had a double mastectomy 3 weeks ago due to BRCA1 mutation. I am now heading into chemotherapy because the tumor was triple negative. My MO has discussed both TC and CMF with me. I know the CMF is supposed to have fewer side effects (less hair loss, less neuropathy) but not sure if it is as effective. Anyway, I would be interested in anyone's experiences with either of these regimens. Did anyone else have to make this choice? What trade-offs did you consider?

Maybe ask this question on the TN forum? I don't know how many with TN now are offered CMF. Maybe this is more common with small tumors.

I'm ER+ and managed to get through TC and work at the same time.

thanks for your response. I will try to find the TN forum as well. and thanks to the moderators for the information on recent chemo for TN--I did not have chemo before surgery (due to the small size of the tumor).
