Sudden chest tightness around implants

hi guys


I'm 2 1/2 years post bilateral implant reconstruction. My right impant received radiotherapy only. Generally they've been ok with some tightness originally. But on the whole I forget they're there. I had a usual session in the gym on Saturday. Just hard running and leg weights and since later that afternoon my entire chest area is incredibly tight And somewhat painful. I don't think its cancer as had clear scans very recently. I'm thinking maybe musculoskeletal. Anyone else had similar and did it settle again? I'm hoping it's not capsular contraction but would be strange for both to happen simultaneously (though I had bilateral cancer so any things possible)

Any thoughts???

    I had the same experience you did. I went to bed and when I woke up the next morning, I felt this tightness I did not feel the night before. Fast-forward two months, I found out I have a moderate case of capsular contracture. I'm having surgery to remove both implants in November.I wish you the best of luck in finding out what's wrong
