Reconstruction re-do

Has anyone had reconstruction again? I had a unilateral mx and lift on other side, with saline implants, a little over two years ago. I'm a C cup and have side boob on my MX side, which is slightly uncomfortable. I am unhappy with my size... wish I had stayed a B (I'm 5'2' and weigh about 130). I've been trying to "live with it", but almost every day, when I look in the mirror, I'm unhappy. I had shoulder surgery back in February, so the thought of going back under the knife and general anesthesia scares me. For those who have had additional reconstruction, where do they make the incision? I'm worried it will affect my one and only nipple.

    Hi! I have just decided to seek an outside consultation about a possible revision of my 3 month old reconstruction. I've been not thrilled since my first peek in recovery. It's my understanding that they will use the same incisions unless there is a compelling reason to do otherwise. Hopefully others will come along with more information.
