Now I really don't understand all this but on amendment comment it said these changes along with diffuse pattern of the infiltrate suggests this may represent a low grade B cell lymphoma, further characterization of the lesion is limited by the small nature of the sample.
POSITIVE Fornclonal immunoglobulin heavy chain gene rearrangement
Positive for clinal gamma T cell receptor gene rearrangement
In the comment a low grade B or T cell lymphoproliferative disorder remains a consideration.
Can anyone understand this?

What does the main body of the pathology report say?

The amendment part is talking about possible findings other than breast cancer. You would need your doctor to explain what those other possible findings *may* be

Just here to keep you company at night. I am a complete layperson, and I am guessing.

What I get from this is that you are likely to be called in for another biopsy because they can't rule out a different type of cancer (a B or a T-cell lymphoma). I can't tell whether they are debating between breast cancer and a lymphoma or between something benign and a lymphoma (I clicked on your previous post and you already had a benign biopsy result - am I right?), but they are being careful and don't want to treat the wrong thing.

Don't hesitate to call first thing in the morning and ask that somebody call back and explain this in plain English.

After the biopsy they se t the tissue to a pathologist here in TN, then they said theydidnt have certain stains, so it went to Yale hospital and then it was analyzed by dermatopathology in Knoxville TN. They took the thing out last Friday, and I waited a week then called. They said it was sent back to Yale hospital again. So the biopsy took two weeks to come back last time. When I get the stitches removed Friday, Maybe it will be back.
