TE fills are finished - rubbing on my ribs

Hi all! I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem. My TE are filled to 640 (600cc TE) and I am now waiting for my exchange surgery on Nov 17th. During the last week, my TE on the right side (which pocket has about 1cm wiggle room) has started rubbing on my ribs.

The good news is that it doesn't hurt. The bad news is that it grosses me out. As it rubs on them (happens if I try to run, or reach far with right arm, and occasionally other times) the rubbing on the ribs creates "vibrations" inside me that I can almost "hear" (even though I know I can't hear them). It's like rubbing a baseball on a washboard.It just grosses me out, but I am not supposed to wear any kind of tight bra because my PS wants to give the blood supply the best chance, and not be choked off (had some necrosis earlier).

    After having my TE completely filled I could hear the fluid jostling in my breast just walking across the room. The sound has subsided as well as the vibration, I am now 1 month out after completing the fill. Hopefully it will become natural to tyhe point of not noticing the feeling much longer. Good Luck
