Anybody get a full chest tattoo? I have seen some awesome pics of ladies that have gotten a "bra" tattooed on them. I really do not want nipple tattoos and was considering getting something different. However, I do have lymphedema on my right side and will probably just stick to a tattoo on my left. What have you all done?? Also, how long did you have to wait to start the tattoo process? I was thinking they would probably want the scars to heal a bit. Thanks!

I plan to have my chest (I went flat) tattooed over in late 2017.

My PS said that I'd want to give everything at minimum of 1 year to heal and for the scars to lighten up before trying to have the area tattooed and since I know it usually takes my body about 14-18 months for scars to fully flatten and turn white, my plan is to wait until fall or winter 2017 to have it done.

I'm not having a 'bra' style tattoo done, however, just a standard chest tattoo that will cover the scarring.

I think they are beautiful . I probably won't get one but I have been looking at them . I saw a fabulous black lace looking one. I will probably just do 3 D nipples but I think you should do whatever makes you feel good after all this cancer crap !!!
