Topical Estrogen for Hormone Positive BC ok to use

I was not sure where to post this but I wanted to open a thread. (I would like to suggest a 'General' forum to the mods for one off threads like this because someone who was not specifically looking might never find it here).

Anyway, I was listening to Doctor Radio last night and there was a doctor who worked with menopause patients discussing hormones. He said that recently someone came out and said topical estrogen is ok even for patients with active hormone + cancer. So I looked it up to post.
