Chest pain, pleurisy?

I am 9 days post BMX and pain has been improving. All of a sudden last night I started having pains in back/chest area. Thought it might be pinched nerve in neck or back from sleeping in one position for so long and that my support bra was too tight. It has felt soooooo tight lately. Had horrible night's sleep. Is this normal? Have any of you developed pleurisy after BMX? Thanks for any input

Update: I believe it is a pinched nerve in my neck because if I turn my head at an angle and down, it goes away. Not a nice look lol

    Bluebird, I was going to respond that any post operative pain that is sharp enough to keep you awake 9 days after surgery should be reported to your doctor....as that is not normal. You know you can always call the nurse and leave a message for someone to get back to you. Let us know with an update how you are doing. Hopefully you are covering and feeling better. Hugs to you
