Painful sex

hi, I finished treatment 2 1/2 yrs ago and I can no longer have sex, it's so painful, like razor blades inside me. I know it's caused by the tamoxifen , which causes dryness and caginal swelling.. I've tried different lubes and it's not working. Can anyone give me any advice?

Also in the last 12 months of going through this chemically induced menopause I have also started to gain weight rapidly, 12 kilos in 12 months, is this normal? I'm going to the gym but I'm finding my joints are constantly achin

    Sex became painful for me too. I'm on arimidex. I use Replens vag. moisturizer once a week and I tried several different lubes till I found one that worked pretty good (astroglide diamond ) Certainly not perfect, but not bad either. The bigger problem is loss of libido :(

    Achy joints and weight gain are kind of common I think. I was post menopausal before cancer, so I was having all of these symptoms anyway. I can't blame it all on the drug.
