Struggling to decide - mastectomy or WLE?

I am definitely lopsided when naked, but since I look fine in any kind of bra, and am probably not going to take up nude modeling; I am totally fine with how I look. To me, the less surgery, the less chance of having something go wrong, plus I didn't want cancer related 'stuff' take up any more time in my life than it absolutely had to.

edited to add that I almost faint when I even read the reconstruction threads, so I know that would not be for me!
