Thyroid last year and now waiting on surgical biopsy results

hey everyone. Ive been lurking for almost two months. Found a lump right side. Went to OB after waiting three cycles. She sent for diagnostic mammo since Im getting close to 40 (36).

They kept wanting images of left. Then magnified. Then ultrasound. Three days later biopsy. Then one month later surgery for a 11 o clock papilloma removal considered birads 4b high risk lesion.

I dont know how much more....ive had so many freak things happen that require alot of recovery the last two years. Recovering well from excisional but if it turns out to be something other, I dunno if I can manage the garumph it takes.
