intraductal papilloma?

My biopsy came back and it says intraductal papilloma no evidence of malignancy. My surgeon recommends not removing and followup MRI in 6 months. Is that safe/normal?

bump, anyone? I read that they are removed, but she doesn't think it needs to be removed.

My biopsy in July came back same thing. They said I MUsT meet with a surgeon to remove. So last Thirsdsy I had my papilloma (1cm) and another something removed...
Even after biopsy my birads were a 4b....
