Dear Lord, please look down upon Shel and help her feel your strength at this trying time. She has been given MORE than she can handle and you need to throttle back a bit if you don't mind me asking....but God, you know me by now and I always say stuff like that.

A horrid husband, divorce and now rib mets...
PLEASE HELP OUR SISTER.

May she feel your healing touch and may her anxieties be eased by your Grace.

Please father- give my sisters a break. We have given so much to this disease- please please please make it stop.

Take care of Shel and show her that she can make it through all of this.

Father, we come into your presence asking that you give Shel strength and comfort. She is lost now, Lord, in feeling so overwhelmed with the problems of life. Speak to her, Lord, that she knows she isn't alone, give her strength to face tomorrow. She needs to feel your love and your presence; heal her broken spirit and her body. We lift her to you Lord, her needs are great at the moment and we feel so helpless. We praise you for all you have done and all that you are going to do in each our lives.
