I'm looking for current Stage 4 triple negative metastatic invasive ductal breast cancer patients.  Looks like a lot of these forums are pretty old.  Want to know if someone has any information - like from studies - on how important diet is on keeping this monster at bay.  I've been told 'eat a healthy diet' and that is it.  Well how radicial do we need to be about this?  I'd love to know if there is really any evidence that eliminating sugar and processed food helps.  I mean if we only have a certain number of years to live - do we need to restrict ourselves?  But on the other hand can restricting our diets make a big difference ?

I have been lurking around since 2012 for advice.

I became metastatic 2014 stared stalking looking for EVERYONE EVEN AROUND ME. I have never found one so I wondered how many of us there were. I know they only medically track us for 5 years, because 10 years you go in to point of a person lives.I only signed up to get counted.
