Large Palpable Lump B9?? Chances?

Won't go over my other posts again (Not Dx but Worried), but anyone have a large lump turn out B9? Mine is easily felt and seen if I lie on my back. Firm, rounds. ..kinda rubbery. My mammogram and u/s is in 4 weeks...ugh

    something like 80% of lumps are benign. yours could very well be a cyst or fibroid ademoma .

    take a deep breath and TRY not to assume it's anything but benign!

    It is helpful to the people you are asking for replies to keep your questions in one thread so they don't have to search for the other posts to answer you in perspective. The entire picture is pertinent to the reply. Better than 80 to 90% of nreast lumps are benign, so there is every rason to believe yours is too

    Here it is:

    I found a large palpable lump next to my nipple on my right breast. By large I mean, it feels a bit like a large marble. It's firm. I can not tell if it is mobile...maybe? When I lay on my back..it sticks out somewhat.. :( If I lean forward and grab my breasts, it feels like a golf ball!!!... It came up out of no where as I am constantly feeling my breasts.

    TBH, it feels about golf ball size. If I were to flatten my hands over my breast lime a mammogram, you can easily feel both sides of the growth without pressure.

    I just had a mammogram and ultrasound last week because I felt a large lump on my left breast but it was like behind my nipple, and if I was standing up the lump felt a little hard and when laying down it felt rubbery and it would hurt when I would press it down and the lump would move and felt perfectly round. It turns out I have several benign cyst and some of them measure up to 1.5 cm. So yes I would say that large lumps can be b9.

    I had a large hard lump on my right breast Right above the nipple. I to had to wait for 5 weeks for testing. Last Friday I finally got in and they did the dianogtic mammo then the ultrasound. Right away they knew it was a cyst. I know it is hard to wait and your mind goes to dark places but the doctor can give you somethingfor anxiety and it does help. I just turned 48 so a cyst was not even on my radar. I still cry for all the beautiful women that have to go though this. I wish the best for you.
