when I think 'first class', I think of the only time that I ever flew first class. I was traveling with my mother to my nephew's high school graduation. My mom was in poor health & on oxygen but wanted to make the trip. They bumped us up to first class for free because there was extra room on the plane & it would make the trip more comfortable for her (yes, this was many years ago when flying was still a relatively pleasant experience!).

    The last time I flew.......

Was last August from LA to Cleveland. I did fly first. I take care of my dad in Cleveland, and my only luxury the past 4 years that I've been balancing my life in CA with my husband, and taking care of my dad in Ohio is a first class plane ticket when I travel between these two destinations.

My favorite mode of transportation is...

Theodore Roosevelt National Park right here in North Dakota. Wild, stark beautiful land. It is to this place Theodore Roosevelt, the great conservation president who set aside the lands for national parks, fled to heal emotionally after the death of his first wife and mother (in the same house, on the same day, Valentines Day 1884). He later said he never would have become president but for the time he spent in North Dakota.

    Another great national park is......

For instance, my DH might buy a box of ice cream bars (which he unfortunately does quite regularly), and we both eat one......later I might go back, eat the other four, go buy another box, and eat two from there so he won't know......I have only done that once or twice, but you get the idea Shocked
