New here

Hi all. I'm 38 and new here but have been lurking and reading for a month. At the end of April I felt some swelling at the top of my right breast (from the collarbone down), then felt a lump (at 12). I noticed discharge a few days later...it's just a drop or two every couple of days and is a milky gray. I made an appt. with my gyn for my annual a month later with the hope that it was tied to my menstrual cycle. My doctor couldn't feel it (although my DH could and could see the swelling) but went ahead and sent me for a mammogram and ultrasound (my 1st) a week and a half later. I had my follow up appt. today for the results and he said that everything came back normal but to come back in a month for a breast check and if it's still there, he'll refer me to a BS. I'm thrilled that everything came back normal, yet, at the same time, I don't have any answers. I don't know what to think. Thank you for letting me get this off my chest (pun intended)...only my mom, DH, and MIL know what's going on. I've been so anxious and beyond stressed. BC is prevalent on my mom's side...she and my grandmother both were B9, a great aunt and 2 second cousins all had double MX, and one of their daughters passed last year at 29 from BC.
