Delayed Left Lat Flap + TE

I am 2 1/2 months out of my delayed Lat flap and TE surgery (I was not a candidate for DIEP) and I am looking for any tips on sizing, I.e. should I expand a little less or more as it relates to the final implant size? Someone told me to expand larger than I want because the final implant will look smaller.
