Pet scan results. Help?

talked to bs said all was clear except for cyst on ovary. They think its a cyst, light image he said. He said bc and ovarian cancer are related. mri ordered, more scans.....

    i also have been recently diagnosed with BC. in both. they did multiple more mammogram xrays and then they did the breast mri , and saw something that showed up with my sternum and ribs. so they ordered a pet scan. I have never been so terrified in my life thinking it had spread everywhere in my body. When i went the tech told me very nicely that many things show up that are not cancer. so that helped me to feel better and as it turned out they found cancer only in my breasts and a couple of lymph nodes on the left side. It is a horribly scary time and the waiting is so very difficult. I did a lot of praying. :-) Hope you hang in there.

    thank you for that. I have an MRi scheduled to check it out. So glad yours came out okay. I read ovarian cancer and breast cancer is rare at the same time. I hope i dont turn out to be a rare medical oddity. He also said the image was real pale, not so sure what that means? He said if its cancer, its coming out.
