Please help - Need Good BC Center in Orange County, CA

I am currently undergoing chemo (2 sessions down, 4 four to go), but I'm living far far from my friends and family. I really really really need them right now, so I am moving back home to NorthOrange County CA
Please please can you recommend a good BC specialist or comprehensive BC center for me to transfer my care to?

UC Irvine. My BS is there Karen Lane ~ wonderful and I got 2nd opinion there in oncology. Ended up doing chemo closer to home Riverside county. Everyone at UCI was great.
