Menopausal symptoms after DCIS & no HRT

I had DCIS in 2003 and 30 rounds of radiation. Mammograms every year, nothing going on.

Now I am post-menopausal and really suffering from various symptoms (weight gain, mood swings, hot flashes, no libido) but can't take HRT. The worst of this is the weight gain. I am very depressed over all of this.

I am looking to find out what other people who are going through the same thing are doing. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
